If trauma happens in relationships, healing has to happen there, too.
Free discovery call Liberation Practice Field - sept. 23rd 6pm CEt
Dear ones,
I want to begin by expressing my deep gratitude for subscribing to my Substack, but most importantly the work you are already doing in your lives and in your communities. The collective wisdom, resilience, and care you carry is incredibly powerful, and it’s clear that you are seeking something that honors not just your own healing, but the liberation of all.
I am honestly grappling with the same feelings that you, I am sure. I have been feeling burnt out by taking care of my communities while organising for the Congo, witnessing my father’s passing and other comrades of mine here in Berlin. I feel like this is time for a change, as I need to practice with folks in community. Although I love working 101, I can truly feel the limitations of this work. As I keep saying, if trauma happens in relationship, healing has to happen there too.
I’ve developed a program that I believe aligns with the needs and desires you have shared. I am excited to share it with you during a free discovery call.
More about the call down below.
You might, like me, yearn for healing spaces that centers justice, abolition, intersectionality, and somatic practices that don’t pathologize, but rather honor our natural, human responses to the oppressive systems we navigate. Whether you are coming from years of navigating the limitations of traditional therapy, grappling with intergenerational trauma, organising burn out or feeling the weight of collective grief in our current political climate, this program is designed to offer tools for holding change, somatic witnessing, and deep embodiment.
Finding a practitioner/group/community/courses/support who understands and integrates the intersections of identity, trauma, and spirituality is no small feat. My program weaves these elements together, allowing you to cultivate safety in your body and begin the work of unwinding patterns of avoidance, anxiety, and disconnection. By focusing on the body’s innate wisdom, we can tap into the somatic truths of pain and healing, making space for transformation not only for ourselves but for our families, our communities, and our movements.
I think it’s an understatement to say that we ALL need for a space that addresses the deeper layers of trauma and oppression—one that acknowledges the historical, social, and political factors that shape our (collective) nervous systems and our sense of self. This program directly engages with decolonial and abolitionist approaches to healing, ensuring that the work we do is grounded in justice and collective liberation, not just individual healing.
What You’ll Find in This Program:
Somatic practices to help you cultivate embodiment, safety, and regulation in the body, particularly when navigating emotional triggers and ancestral wounds.
Spiritual practices grounded in ancestral connection, and earth-based wisdom, offering tools to heal from a place of deep authenticity.
A compassionate and trauma-informed space where our queer, non-binary, Black, Indigenous, or POC identities are seen, honored, and celebrated (QTIBIPOC GUEST TEACHERS ONLY !)
Support for unlearning patterns of learned helplessness, shame, and internalized oppression, and developing new pathways for embodied power and presence.
The integration of somatics with transformative justice, ensuring that your personal healing aligns with the larger work of collective liberation.
Whether you’re an artist reclaiming your truth, a healer grappling with your identity and visibility, a community organizer navigating somatic responses to grief and oppression, or someone seeking to reconnect with your core after a history of trauma, this program is designed to support you in reconnecting to your body, reclaiming your power, and expanding your capacity to love, hold boundaries, and create safety for yourself and others.
If you feel aligned with this work, I would be honored to create this journey together. Healing is not something we do in isolation—it is a collective process, and together we can create a space where all of us are empowered to heal, grow, and resist.
Thank you for being part of this community, and I look forward to the possibility of working with you.
