Welcome to Erotics of Liberation.
I believe conflict is the smallest unit of abolition.
If structures are relationships repeated at scale, then another world will not only be built through policy, institutions, or protest. It will also be built every time we choose repair over punishment, accountability over perfection, curiosity over certainty, and connection over domination.
That’s what Erotics of Liberation is about.
This is a home for people who believe our movements are only as strong as our relationships.
Together, we practice the relational skills the world we deserve asks of us: accountability, generative conflict, repair, boundaries, grief, intimacy, belonging, and the somatic capacity to stay connected through difference.
Every week, I publish essays exploring conflict, abolition, love, power, community, and what it means to become more human together.
If you become a paid subscriber, you’ll also be invited into the practice.
Paid members receive every EOL zine, access to community practices and live courses—including Becoming Conflict Secure, my 28-day conflict breakthrough course—and the opportunity to practice these ideas in community rather than simply read about them.
Because this is what somatics has taught me:
We are not our values. We are what we practice most. (And we’re always practicing something!)
I’m Care—a Transformative Justice & somatic practitioner, educator, doula & writer exploring what becomes possible when we stop treating conflict as failure and start treating it as the place where liberation is practiced in real time.
If that sounds like your kind of internet, welcome.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Stay ungovernable!
Care
