Dear ones,

Welcome to Day 21.

Yesterday we let go of the boat.

The boat was a metaphor for all the difficult things that our lineage has gone through that we don’t need to carry with us anymore.

Don’t get me wrong, we will have to. We can’t let go of them. But some of them we can therefore we should. We are not here to suffer and our ancestors did not go to great lengths for us to suffer the same way they have.

Most importantly, we don’t have to suffer the way they have to belong to them, we already do. We hold them in our tissues, in our bones. So when we transmute pain, we transmute it for them too. We don’t ever just heal for ourselves only, we heal and extend it to the people around us who don’t have access to it, for the people before us and the people ahead of us.

Healing is a collective affair.

Today we are asking ourselves 2 questions (the second one is the one I am most interested in!).

Grab the pen and notebook!

If you’re interested in this kind of work, my course, Liberation Practice Field, might be for you. Early bird ends tomorrow !!! Secure your spot here:

I’ve read this thing somewhere about book writing but I think it works better for any kind of journaling: if you want to write a good book, write things you don’t want people to know about yourself. If you want to write a great book, write what you don’t want to know about yourself. This course is meant for you to hold parts of you that you don’t even want to hold. There is not best part of this work, it’s quite disgusting and horrible. But we do it together and we’re pretty cute. I promise you’ll feel less alone in your weird chaos. Join us!
