Recently in Liberation Practice Field (season 2 is starting soon! If you’d like to hear first when it starts again, click here) we’ve been sitting with two questions—two doors really. Each one cracks open something old, and something possible.
What are the cycles you're committed to breaking in this lifetime?
What ends with you?
Maybe it's silence.
Maybe it's the survival-shaped love you learned to give and receive—tight, transactional, exhausting.
Maybe it's the story that rest is laziness, or that your needs are too much.
Maybe what ends with you is the endless reaching.
The caretaking without reciprocity.
The shame.
It’s no small thing to say: this stops here.
It takes grief. And grit. And sometimes, a soft rebellion.
But that’s not the only story. There’s another door.
