LPF is a space where participants don’t just stop cycles of harm—they start new cycles of liberation that ripple through their lives, communities, and lineages. It’s about living the world we long for, together, in accountable community.
Liberation Practice Field (LPF) is a 10-month immersive program designed for individuals committed to practicing liberation, abolition, and deep belonging in their daily lives. It’s not just a course —it’s a sustained, collective practice space where participants learn, embody, and integrate the skills and capacities needed to live into liberation.
LPF is for those who:
Long for a future where every body belongs and abolition is a lived reality.
Want to break patterns of harm and domination in their own lives and communities.
Seek a justice-centered approach to healing that includes the body, ancestry, and land.
Are ready to commit to a full year of learning, practice, and transformation.
Why makes LPF unique?
LPF is deeply intentional. It’s structured around four liberatory needs—Safety (Earth), Belonging (Water), Connection (Air), and Dignity (Fire)—and offers a blend of somatic education, community calls, somatic spaces and guest workshops to support participants in embodying liberation.
IT IS THE FIRST SOMATIC PROGRAM IN WHICH ALL TEACHERS ARE BLACK OR BROWN (and a lot of them are queer & trans!)
This year, the number of participants will be limited. Secure your spot by putting your name on the waitlist (the doors will be open just for you—24 hours before they open to the general public!)
Add your name to the waitlist to be the first to know when registrations open tomorrow !
