What truth have you been concealing from yourself that you’re finally ready to hold with tenderness? And what parts of this truth are you still scared of (if any)?
(The truth that would make you more intimate with you.)
What version of you have you been dimming, postponing, or hiding and why?
What fear ran your life this year more than you want to admit?
(And what would your life look like if that fear relaxed by even 10%?)

In what moments did you abandon yourself, even quietly?
(And what were you actually needing in those moments?)
What did your body tell you this year that your mind ignored?
What desire keeps tapping your shoulder, the one you pretend isn’t there because you’re scared of what its asking of you?
Where did you settle because it felt safer than wanting more? Where did you push yourself past your limits when the expansion you need could have only been found in rest?
What grief are you still carrying that deserves to be witnessed before the year closes?
What part of your identity feels too big, too bold, or too honest to let out, but is suffocating being kept small? What parts of you takes too much space because it was never seen/heard? What are they saying you need to listen?
What belief about yourself are you ready to stop repeating?
(The one that shrinks your capacity, your creativity, your future.)
What did you learn about your nervous system this year?
(What dysregulated you, what grounded you, what surprised you)
What would it feel like to enter the new year with your shoulders down, jaw AND butt cheeks unclenched, heart open?
What are you done apologizing for? What apology do you need to hear from yourself?!
What is 1 pattern you’re ready to retire, not through force, but through truth (otherwise your body will do that for you)?
Who are you becoming… and what’s the first tiny action that honors that version of you?
Don’t forget, the body learns on yes — so write down what you’re done with, and practice what soften your tissues, what opens you up and creates possibility.
If you want to finish this years looking and dissolving patterns of scarcity, The Somatics of Scarcity: Money, Safety, Worth & the Body is a 3-hour somatic workshop that rewires money shame into nervous-system safety, turning avoidance into agency and scarcity into dignity. If you are struggling with money, I want you to re-member: Financial patterns are not moral issues. They are somatic imprints created by structures that benefit from you living scared.
